You need
- 45 ml Akashi Tai Sake
- 15 ml pineapple green tea cordial
- 10 ml Verjus
- Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: pineapple leaves
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes and add Akashi Tai Sake, pineapple green tea cordial and verjus.
Step 2
Stir it.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic.
Step 4
Garnish with pineapple leaves, cheers!
