- 40 ml Kraken Rum
- 20 ml housemade jasmine tea syrup
- 10 ml yuzu juice
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic
Glass: highball | Garnish: blossoms, gold powder | Technique: hard shake
Pour Kraken Rum, housemade jasmine tea syrup, yuzu juice and lemon juice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with Thomas Henry Cherry Blossom Tonic and garnish with a flower blossom and gold powder.
Preparation for the jasmine tea syrup 1:1 – prepare jasmin tea in a pot (1 liter water and 35 grams of jasmin) and heat it up on a stove. Add 1 kilogram of sugar and let it brew until it fits your personal taste.
