- 40 ml rum (Gosling's)
- 20 ml lime juice
- Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes and add lime juice.
Step 2
Top off with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Beer.
Step 3
Carefully float the rum into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge, cheers!
