- 40 ml rum (casked)
- 20 ml beet root juice
- 20 ml lime juice
- Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime & dill
- Glass: longdrink / highball
- Technique: build in glass
Step 1
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Step 2
Pour in rum, beet root juice and lime juice.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit.
Step 4
Garnish with a lime zest and dill, cheers!
