Ginger Punch: recipe and instructions

  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2 BS honey
  • 45 ml golden rum
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 1 BS sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

Glass: longdrink | Garnish: lime wedge

Put ginger into a shaker and crush it with a pestle. Add the remaining ingredients – except the Ginger Ale – to the shaker and stir until the honey dissolves. Fill it with ice cubes and shake it. Strain the drink over ice cubes into a glass and top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale.
