You need
- 45 ml rum (casked)
- 10 ml lime juice
- 1 bar spoon sugar syrup
- 3-4 slices of ginger
- 2 bar spoons honey
- Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: lime
- Glass: highball / longdrink
- Technique: shake & strain
Step 1
Pour rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and ginger slices into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Step 2
Hardshake & strain into a glass.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale.
Step 4
Garnish with a lime wedge, cheers!
