- 50 ml Johnnie Walker Whiskey
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml yuzu juice
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Glass: highball | Garnish: shiso leaves, kumquat, iceblock & fancy straw | Technique: build in glass
Pour all ingredients except for Thomas Henry Tonic Water into a Collins glass and add some ice cubes. Carefully stir the drink and top up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water. Garnish with some shiso leaves, kumquat, an iceblock and a fancy straw.
