- 40 ml Scheibel pear brandy
- 15 ml Club Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- sliced pear
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
Glass: Erlenmeyer flask or long drink | Garnish: dried lime wheel and 3 pear wedges
Lightly crush the pear slices in the glass and add the rest of the ingredients, except for the ginger beer. Add ice cubes and top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer. Garnish with lime wheel and pear wedges.
