- 50 ml Monkey Shoulder Whisky
- 10 ml cinnamon syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 1 egg
- Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
Glass: longdrink or cognac glass | Garnish: candied ginger, freshly grated nutmeg
Strongly shake all ingredients, except for the Ginger Beer, without ice (dry) and strain into the ice-filled glass. Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer and garnish with candied ginger and nutmeg.
