- 40 ml Jägermeister
- 25 ml passion fruit puree
- 10 ml lime juice
- 10 sugar syrup
- 2 leaves tarragon & sage
- Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic
Glass: highball | Garnish: glacéd flowers | Technique: hard shake
Pour Jägermeister, passion fruit puree, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup, two leaves of tarragon and sage in a shaker and add ice cubes. Shake vigorously and double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic and garnish with glacéd flowers.
