You need
- 20 ml pisco
- 20 ml Riesling wine
- 5 ml camomille syrup
- Thomas Henry Dry Tonic
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: edible blossom
- Glass: coupette
- Technique: stir & strain
Step 1
Pour pisco, wine and camomille syrup in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir it.
Step 2
Fill the Thomas Henry Dry Tonic in a coupette and fine strain the contents from the mixing glass as a float.
Step 3
Garnish with edible blossoms, cheers!
