You need

  • 20 ml pisco
  • 20 ml Riesling wine
  • 5 ml camomille syrup
  • Thomas Henry Dry Tonic
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: edible blossom
  • Glass: coupette
  • Technique: stir & strain

Step 1

Pour pisco, wine and camomille syrup in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir it.

Step 2

Fill the Thomas Henry Dry Tonic in a coupette and fine strain the contents from the mixing glass as a float.

Step 3

Garnish with edible blossoms, cheers!
