You need
- 20 ml orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier)
- 20 ml white rum (Bacardi Carta Blanca)
- 40 ml cloudy apple juice
- Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: grapefruit
- Glass: coupette
- Technique: shake & strain
Step 1
Fill orange liqueur, rum, cloudy apple juice and ice cubes into a shaker.
Step 2
Hardshake & double strain into a glass.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon.
Step 4
Garnish with a grapefruit zest, cheers!
