You need
- 40 ml floral gin
- 10 ml Campari
- 10 ml Lillet Blanc
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: grapefruit
- Glass: tumbler
- Technique: shake & strain
Step 1
Fill gin, Campari, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and ice cubes into a shaker.
Step 2
Hardshake & doublestrain into a glass.
Step 3
Fill up with Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit.
Step 4
Garnish with a grapefruit zest, cheers!
