You need
- 30 ml sloe gin
- 10 ml verjus (red)
- 10 ml lime juice cordial
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: pink and white edible blossoms
- Glass: coupette glass
- Technique: stir & strain
Step 1
Fill sloe gin, verjus, lime juice cordial and ice cubes into a mixing glass.
Step 2
Stir until the liquid is mixed and cold and strain into a glass.
Step 3
Top off with Thomas Henry Tonic Water.
Step 4
Garnish with pink and white edible blossoms, cheers!
