- 30 ml sloe gin
- 10 ml red verjus
- 10 ml lime juice cordial
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water
Glass: coupe glass | Garnish: rose and orange blossoms, sloes | Technique: shake, strain
Fill the shaker with ice. Add sloe gin, red verjus and lime juice cordial and shake. Strain the contents of the shaker twice into the coupe glass. Fill up with Thomas Henry Tonic Water and garnish. Cheers!
